Outlook Not Sending Email

Outlook 2002 on XP Home is not able to send emails. I have configured it the exact same settings as Outlook Express, but I keep getting the error message “Unable to send test message. Please verify the email address”. My email is correct! Receiving is not a problem. I have tried removing and reinstalling the app, but still the same problem. Any ideas????
