Outlook/Outlok Express will not start

Because Outlook and Outlook Express will not start , I’ve changed the file attributes from .dll and .exe to .old, including the WAB.Dll. I get the message, when I try to start one or the other, that “The procedure entry point StrTokEx could not be located in the dynamic link library MSORT2.dll.”

This has been an ongoing problem.

What can I do? Or is there anything I can do?

I’m using Netscape Messenger right now, which is working ok.
