Outlook plug ins and slow start-up times

I’ve got several Outlook plug-ins running on my machine – Lookout, MindJet MindManager etc. and the start-up time for Outlook seems to be way slower than it used to be.

I’m guessing that the two things are related but wondered if anybody else has seen this or knows if there is some way to “tune” the problem out?
