Outlook printing erro

Has anyone ever encountered the error with Microsoft Outlook 2002. When one of my users tries to print an e-mail, the message “Microsoft has encountered a problem and needs to shut down” pops everytime, and you can either send a report to Microsoftor don’t send and it restarts Outlook. I have looked at Microsoft’s knowledge base, but haven’t found anything for a fix yet. Any ideas?
