Outlook Replies stripped of Text

OK, Lan = Win2k advanced server x 40 users on win2k. Office XP (Outlook 2002).

A Second user has now demonstrated to me that, replying to an email results in a blank email arriving at recipient and, a blank email in the “Sent Items” folder? (completely blank)

In one case the email had gone back and forth 2 or 3 times then this happened?

I haven’t found a solution at MS knowledge base, (but your search may be better than mine). Even if i can’t find out the why, can i find out the fix?

C’mon guys, you can do this for me!
