Outlook Restore

Hello-
I asked part of this question before, but, I had a system crash and I was able to find the files as answered by the previous person however, my mail acount settings did not restore and I had never exported them. Is there a file similar to the pst file that would be able to “restore” the account settings? I also need the mail setting for Outlook Express restored. Thank You.

P.S.

To the person who answered previously Thank You So Much. For some reason though it seems like the rating did not go through and it is showing unrated. I do not know what I did wrong and I am sorry it is showing unrated.
