Outlook send/receive graphic disappeared!

I recently had an e-mail issue with my ISP because they were blocking outgoing mail thru Port 25. They manually opened the port for me and I’m back to normal with e-mail, but now the send/receive status graphic that usually appears in bottom right corner of the Outlook window doesn’t come up anymore. Not sure if these issues are related, but does anyone know how I can get this graphic back? Thanks, RM
