Outlook shutting down constantly

Every time I receive a new email it appears at the bottom (oldest) email with no date or subject or from. Only size of email shows on list but in the window I can see all detail including header from ISP. the error is a temp\#######.cvr file going to Microsoft. Then it shuts down and restarts Outlook again if I don’t untick the restart Outlook box. It started happening after I did updates from PCTools Spyware Doctor and Registry Editor.
