Outlook signatures

Formerly, I was using Windows98 and Outlook 2000,
but now I have Windows2000 and Outlook 2002. I used to be able to type in my name (possibly was also the name of the signature file) at the end of an e-mail message, press , and then it would insert my default signature. Can I do this in Outlook 2002, if so, how?
