Outlook ‘Subject Line’ does not print

When printing off Outlook emails the Subject Line does not always print out in full.
Also, the Addressee header lines are sometimes incomplete.
We are using NT4/sp6a at Desktop & Server and printing to networked HP-5N, HP-4000N lasers.
All PCs are Dell Optiplex G110, and all are born out of the same image.
Immediate suspect is the HP driver, but all PCs in a workgroup reference the same network-based HP driver though not all exhibit the same print problem.
Anyone have any thoughts?
