Outlook troubles

HI,
Anyone have had this strange problem?
When I import my contacts.pst which was exported from office 2000 into my office Xp installation, everything seems to go ok.
But when I look at my contacts the all miss the headlines….That field is empty but it should contain the name of the contact.
This error occurs even when I create a new contact..
Any ideas….??? thanks in advance!
