Outlook truncates messages in HTML table

I subscribe a few HTML newsletters. I recently re-installed Win98 and Office 2000. Now Outlook will not display the whole message. For most, headers and sidebar ads show up but the body content is blank. Others just cut off the table. Examples are the ClickZ Daily and Weekly mailings (no body content) and Inside PCMag (cut off half way.)
Suggestions?
