Outlook Web Access

We are running Exchange 2K w/ SP4 on a W2K server. Recently while attempting to connect to the server through Outlook Web Access on multiple workstations from inside and outside the office, we get the message “The item could not be found. It may have been deleted”. Outlook Web Access appears although “loading” is displayed. You can even send an email from within OWA although your messages are not displayed, only “loading” is shown.

We recently were running Exchange SP3 and upgraded to SP4 to hopefully fix this issue, although it didn’t work. OWA did work after we upgraded our Exchange 5.5 server to Exchange 2K until recently.
