Outlook Web Access FONT problem

by stergios_nik . Updated 23 years, 9 months ago

Hi,

I have an Exchange 5.5 server with SP4 installed.

I am dealing with an interface problem in my Outlook Web Access.

As you know the interface of oulook Web access is composed of 3 columns. Second column presents the NAVIGATION TREE that allows a user to change from INBOX to OUTBOX, SEND ITEMS FOLDER, DELETED ITEMS FOLDER etc.

My problem is that some of the options in the NAVIGATION TREE are presented with ??????? (questionmarks). This means that Exchange is having problems with displaying the regional setting font (GREEK) which is used by my Win98 PCs.

On the other hand some users do not have problems (!!). The navigation tree options appear in Greek and are readable without problems.

Actually, I want to use ONLY ENGLISH CHARACTERS. Is there any way to get rid off this GREEK characters that are presented in Outlook Web Access and display all in English LATIN.

Is there an option in Exchange that does this automatically?

Thanks in advance.
