Outlook “While you were out” form/tmplt

Groupwise has a great “while you were out” template that allows you to send msg that looks just like those pink “while you were out” forms.

Back in 97/98 Outlook had something simmilar but very plain. I found the template on the microsoft website, but it is very hard to install for outlook 2000 or 20002, and the reciever has to have the templte installed to view it.

Does anyone have an effective template for messages (that stand out in the inbox) for this purpose that works well for Outlook 2000 and beyond, and that is easy to send or able to create a shortcut too?
