OUTLOOK WILL NOT PRINT HEADERS OF MAIL

Hi,
I restored a computer and rejoined the domain, today the customer called and said when he prints his e-mails whether they are new or replies they do not print the header info. He said he could do this before. His administrator could not help with this. He is out of the area and I am the local support.
