Outlook wont start w/o Admin priviledges

Installed MS Office 2K on a new laptop. Outlook will not run unless the user account is given Administrator priviledges, all other Office apps run ok with user having Standard or Restricted user rights. Obviously, if I assign Admin rights the user can install software etc which I don’t want to allow. This problem has not occurred with any previous installs on other W2K machines.
Somebody help!
