Outlook XP Contacts

I am using Outlook XP and I noticed that when I try to create a new email from a contact that has more than 3 phone numbers ie, phone, fax, mobile etc. The name of the contact will be listed more than once in the list. For example If I create a new message to send to “John” and he has 3 phone numbers. John will be listed more than once in the contackts list.
