OUTLOOK XP – Passwords storage

Outlook 2002 )XP) does not remember e-mail passwords.

I have ticked all the boxes necessary in Log-on Information to remember the e-mail passwords, but evertime I restart Outlook I need to manually enter the e-mail passwords. Can anyone tell me how to get Outllok to rememebr the Password as it should
