Outlook XP (Pro) – High Importance Bug?

hi, one of my management user received a mail from someone that highlighted with high importance mail. When he opened up the mail and tried to do a reply, it just don’t worked. The same for forward or reply to all. What’s wrong? MSOXP bugs?
