Outlook XP Shuts Down without Report

In a Adv. Server 2000 (SP2) network with Exchange 2000 (SP2), all clients on Win2k and Outlook2k work smoothly.

When I try to connect my laptop (winXP pro and office XP) it logs on well (I browse the web for example, and even get on OWA), but when I try to connect with outlook XP, it starts, hungs up (I can see my mailbox, but can’t “operate”) and suddenly shuts down without reporting an error.

Any ideas?
