OutlookXP-SP3, Font Problem!

One of my user compose email in Ivy font (under option->mails format->stationery & font). No idea why other users are not able to read it where garbage wording were displaying…?! What i can do is unchecked the “use MS Word to read Rich Text email message” and then in inbox select plain text to read the mail and it’s working! Any other GOOD solution besides this? Thanks in advance.
