Outollok attachments organization

I’ve looked for and I’ve found the attachments in a single directory.
Is there a way to automatically store’em in several folders, maybe in a similar way as the messages?
I’ll appreciatte your help because my CEO just doesn’t want to look for attachments thru the messages.
