OWA dictionary and OWA notification with XP SP2

Greetings,
I’m trying to find out if there’s a way to edit the OWA dictionary to add custom words? Also, ever since XP SP2 got insatalled on a computer, the notification window which would slide in from the bottom-right of the screen no longer shows up on top of all other windows, it’s only visible if the OWA window is in the front. Any ideas?
