Palm Pilot\Lotus Notes Dbase Synch-ing

Is there a product or way that will allow me to synch data from a proprietary Notes 4.6 database to the palm pilot? The database is similar in structure to the address book, but has been altered, and needs to be synch-ed in addition to the standardaddress book.
