Palm Synchronization

My client has a Win98 computer. He is running Ares 2000 contact manager with Symantec Act 2000 as the core database. He has a Palm m500, and a program called Companion Link synchronizes his Palm with Act.

The problem is that his Palm is receivingall the dates, to do’s, and addresses of the other real estate agents. The Ares databases are stored on a server, and there are about 10 people who use Ares at this office to keep track of appointments and calendars.

In Companion Link I have madecertain that only my client’s username is selected in the sync settings. We also have CL and Palm OS set to overwrite the Palm.

I have also tried setting the CompanionLink to ‘Purge and Reload’, but he’s still getting everyone’s stuff. I am lead to believe this is a problem with Act/Ares.
