Part Magic caused stop error after merge

Hi, I used PM Version 8.0 and W XP Home to merge my c and d drive. It told me to convert the cluster sixe of one or the other drive so they would be the same. I converted one of them from 4k to 2k. It completed the operation when applied. I then merged the d drive with the c drive. after the merge and reboot I am getting a windows stop error. A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first time you’ve seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps. Then it says to check for viruses and remove anty newly installed hdd or controllers.

There is no virus and I did not change drives
