Personal alias mapping to Exchange aliases

I have a user that create a personal alias within outlook. He then added
multiple exchange aliases to his personal one. I need to know is there a way
to restrict his message from going down to the child aliases under exchange?
Meaning, if there are other DL’s under the exchange alias, can he filter them
out? and is there a way to see all internal aliases under one alias?
