Picking up a Word file via Outlook 2000

I’ve made a form/template type message that has a icon(hyerlink) on the outlook task bar.
What i would like is that this form/template message, to pick up a word.doc file automaticaly. The file is updated and the name changed on a daily basis.
Is this possiable to perform through outlook 2000?
