Populate Info from table to access form

I have a form that has SSN / Name / DOB / Servicing office (employees table). Then I have the input table with SSN and other fields (input table). On the form I have the SSN fields linked and then I call the SSN field on the form SSN from input table and the name etc from the employee table. The problem that I have is the name, dob and serv off won’t populate until I close the form. WHY! I am offering this many points because I need an aswer asap.
