Populate Treeview Control In Excel

How am I going to populate the treeview. My data is in exel database using Column A,B,C,D and Column A is the main and B is the child, C is the sub-child and D is the sub-sub-child. I am creating a Userform form on the same excel file using form control and treeview controls.
