Positioning Excel Charts in Word

I’m trying to paste some Excel pie charts in Word, and I need to get four on one page. After I’ve pasted (as picture) and resized the first chart on the upper left hand corner of a Word page, then I try to paste the second chart below the first one, the charts disappear off the page and end up somewhere else. I’ve tried Format Picture Postion, but I can’t seem to get it to work. Can anyone out there help me with this? The other thing I’d like to know is what is the function of the anchor, and is this where my problem lies? Any help would be much appreciated.
