PowerPoint Org Chart Box Comment Fields

I use Powerpoint’s org chart tool to make structure charts in systems development. I sometimes exceed the 22x17inch limit. I NEVER need two comments but sometimes need one (which results in all boxes at that level making room for two comments. I haven’t been able to delete the second comment field. Is there a way I can build a template with only one comment field per box OR modify existing charts?
