PowerPoint Won’t Print Centered

I’ve used PowerPoint for a number of years and continue to be puzzled by the fact that it just won’t center its content on a page when I use any HP printer. Does anyone have any suggestions on how that can be fixed or set up properly? For instance, I cannot print a frame on a page, nicely centered top and bottom and all sides. It always prints it to the right and high on the page. Thanks for looking into this!
