PowerPoint XP doesn’t advance Slide Show

I installed Office XP on a Citrix Server. Everything working fine except when you go into slide show mode on PowerPoint. Then when you try to advance either by mouse click, arrow keys of right click and click [Next] (or Previous for that matter) you get error.

“Powerpoint couldn’t create a hyperlink to.” My search on TechNet KB has turned up anything yet.

Any clues would be appreciated.
