Preference file for Office 2003

I want to setup a .PRF file for Outlook that gives outlook the name of our exchange server and username. Everything I’ve read on the net says to use the deployment CD which I am unable to locate from the previous IT guy. Our exchange server name is “Exchange” and all our usernames are stanadardized so I should be able to just use %username%. Can someone show me the syntax for this file and where it should be placed (windows\system32)?. If a different user logs on a computer, I want Outlook to self configure instead of asking for this info that my users have no clue about.
