Prevent sending to certain domains

Our email is hosted by an outside ISP (no Exchange). I need to prevent any user from accidentally sending email to any user at a certain domain. Instead of going to every single address book and deleting addresses at “that company”, is there a wayto block anything going out to that entire domain?
