Preventing HotMail,AOL,Pop3

How can I prevent users from accessing Hotmail, POP3, AOL and any email other than our company Exchange 5.5 or 2000 email? The company Networks are running NT 4 with Exchange 5.5 and Windows 2000 with Exchange 2000?
