print Frames in HTML message-Outlook 2k

I am unable to print Frames in an HTML e-mail using Outlook 2000. The “Print frames” section of PRINT is greyed out and I can not select the functions “As laid out on screen”.

Can anyone assist in finding a solution on how to print HMTL e-mail messages that have frames as part of the document
