Printing Double Sided

HP LJ5 – windows 98 – user is unable to print a specific word document double sided. The document is on a shared area – her colleagues can print it double sided. Other word documents are fine. I have reinstalled the print drivers, remoted in, sheis printing via file>print, doing it correctly. We have moved the document to desktop and it won’t print double sided from there either – any ideas?
