Printing ranges in Word (office97)

A user is unable to print ranges (Page 2,6,8) from a word document with mail merge. She is able to print all pages, but not pages she selected. I tried to print the ranges from 6 different accounts and 4 different Pcs, but the problem persists. Once the print job is requested, the print job is sent to the printer like usually, but nothing happens then.
I hope there is some one, who can help me out.
