problem in Outlook 2000

In Outlook 2000, you can enter annual holidays and religious festivals. I just found a problem, I selected Tools/Options/Calendar Options/Add Holidays. There is no Apply , but after selecting one or more holidays, say US, then click OK, then Calendar shortcut on left, View/Current view, only holidays up to 2002 have been entered, nothing for 2003, 2004. Anyone know anyhting about this?
