problem when MS access97 starts up

I have MS office 97 pro and when trying to open up access I get the following message…”cant find the database you specified, or you didnt specify a database at all………Specify a valid database name in the command line, and include a path if necessary, so that can find the application…”
I have reinstalled office and get the same message…
