Problem with complimentary download

Hi,
I recently joined Tech Republic. There was an exclusive introductory offer of some password management software, which I wasn’t able to access because the download button did nothing at all. Using Seamonkey 1.0.7

I sent feedback to the web site but haven’t had a reply to it. Neither can I find any reference to my question on the web site. Mind you, there is so much info that it is difficult deciding where to look, and remembering where I have been.

Can someone please give me a hand to get the exclusive offer ?
