Problem with deleted item folder

I have a user who cannot view items in her deleted items folder. If she right clicks and deletes then the item is viewable in the deleted items folder, but if she uses the button on the taskbar or just hits delete the item is not viewable by her. If I open her mailbox in the Admin mailbox I can see her deleted items. There are no rules on the client pc and I have tried reinstalling outlook as well.

Please help!!!!
