Problem with e-mail

I cant forward/delet/reply an e-mail from my yahoo account. For example, when I click on forward tab “error on page” appears. I have tried the tips from yahoo Help but none worked. Also I cant open Word attachment from both my yahoo and hotmail e-mails.
Detailed help in simple language will be highly appreciated.
