Problem with Office XP 2002 Outlook Calender.

Dear friends,

I have problem with Ms-Outlook 2002 Calender if any one send me a meeting request it dosen’t appear in calender Tentative just I receive the email for meeting request.

As I receive many E-mails from internet and LAN, I unable to check all the E-mail, if some one send me any meeting request it could be miss if I unable to open the E-mail.

If the meeting request appears in Calender and inbox simultaneously then I will not miss any meeting. Because instead of checking the E-mail Ican check just calender for meeting.

Please help me to solve the problem.
