Problems with Hotmail, please help

I am having a problem with my wife’s hotmail acct. She hasn’t gotten any e-mails in days, not even junk mail. If i send her a message with my hotmail acct. it goes through instantly. But if someone else sends her one, she doesn’t receive it. She can send e-mail’s no problem, but she just isn’t receiving any. No settings have been changed but I checked anyway and everything is still set as it should be. Does anyone have any idea what to do. I would appreciate it greatly.
