Profiles in Outlook 2002

How do you use multiple profiles with multiple signatures/stationery in Outlook 2002?

Currently the signature/stationery is used across all the profiles.

I have researched and found that it’s not possible, yet I did find a VB script that lets you use multiple signatures but didn’t apply to the stationery.
