Proglem with Internet Browsing!

While using AOL to get on-line (ADSL), there is a problem to use IE 6.0 browsing window to browse many sites which are country specific such as .tw, .jp, .cn, etc. The browsing windows show getting information but never complete!

No problem to browse in AOL browsing window! There must be some setting that I have to change to get it work! But how?

Also using AOL dial up connection using other computer, the problem does not occur!
